Quant has developed first ever DLT operating System i.e. Overledger that allow to connect any world’s network to Blockchain. the project founded by Gilbert Verdian in 2015, however he was also behind founding of Blockchain ISO Standard TC307, in which this project was an international effort of over 50+ counties team and office headquartered in London UK.
